Who is your enemy?

Self-doubt is uncertainty.

Have you ever thought about who your enemy may be? We all tend to believe that our enemy is always a person. Well, that isn’t always the truth. Sometimes OUR truth is so right that it prevents use from seeing the things that are right in front of us, looking at us each and everyday. The biggest enemy of them all is self-doubt. Self-doubt is the uncertainty about your abilities that some attempt to bury. You can only bury self-doubt but it always finds a way back to the surface.

Self-doubt exists because of experience and past mistakes. Our experiences and mistakes are what shake our beliefs. Energy is also given to self-doubt when you compare yourself to others.

The most significant way to fight and overcome self-doubt is by grounding yourself. You ground yourself by staying present in the moment. Find positive things to focus on and make a list of those things. Focus on the list whenever you start looking for ways to find doubt in yourself. Doubt is normal but you have to find ways to not stay stuck in that doubt.
