Close friends have asked me why am I writing a book. I respond to them that I have learned having an outlet outside a person to express unresolved emotions and baggage can help you heal from past traumas. Not only am I writing to help the next person I am writing to heal myself. Yes, I’m writing my book, my truth to help others. However, you don’t have to write a book for others to read. You can write just for you. Read your writings a year later to see how much you have grown mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Life is about growth.
