You Are Enough!

Have you ever felt like you would never measure up to someone else’s expectations? This could happen in a professional setting for many reasons, but what if this happens to you in a personal relationship? Often, if we find ourselves in this predicament, we start to question our value or importance to that person. By the true definition of love, it is a deep feeling or emotion of affection that you have for another regardless of their actions or feelings toward you.  True love in unconditional. We’ve often heard that “love is blind.”  If this is so, how can we believe that someone truly loves us if there is a long list of conditions that need to be met in order to keep them interested? Of course, every person has standards and boundaries (that must not be violated) if we wish for them to be happy, but a hard line should be drawn when impossible, harsh and selfish conditions must be met to keep another’s interest.

“Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.” 1 Cor 13:7

A person that really loves you believes that if you are trying your best, making an effort and have honorable intensions…  Nothing else is needed, YOU are enough!
