“You don’t need a completely different life. Sometimes you need a different relationship with yourself, your choices, and your circumstances.”
About Alexis
I’ve spent much of my adult life learning what it really means to build a life that feels good from the inside—not just one that looks good from the outside. Along the way, I’ve written two books, created and hosted my own podcast, done a lot of healing and unlearning, navigated changing relationships, rebuilt my relationship with myself, and developed a genuine love for health, wellness, and fitness. But more than anything, I’ve learned that growth rarely happens in just one area of our lives. The way we think affects the relationships we choose. The way we value ourselves affects the boundaries we set. The way we care for our bodies affects how we show up for our lives. That’s the perspective I bring to coaching. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I’m here to help you slow down, ask better questions, recognize patterns you may not see yet, and make choices that feel more aligned with the person you’re becoming. Whether you’re navigating a relationship, working through a mindset shift, trying to prioritize your well-being, or simply thinking, “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know where to start”—there’s room for that here. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Sometimes you just need a safe place to sort through the pieces.
Why I coach
I became a coach because I believe one difficult chapter should never get to define the rest of your story. My own life has taught me that we are capable of changing, healing, rebuilding, and becoming versions of ourselves we once couldn't imagine. I've had seasons where I've had to unlearn old patterns, rethink what I believed about myself, navigate changing relationships, prioritize my well-being, and keep moving forward even when life didn't look the way I expected. Those experiences taught me something important: sometimes we don't need someone to give us all the answers. We need a safe space to be honest, a different perspective, and someone who can help us recognize what we may not be able to see on our own. That's why I coach. I want to help people realize that being stuck doesn't mean you have to stay stuck. A setback isn't a life sentence. Someone else's limitations for you don't have to become your own. And you don't have to abandon yourself because one area of your life didn't work out the way you hoped. Whether we're talking about your mindset, relationships, or health and wellness, my goal is to help you reconnect with your own agency and ask: Where do I go from here? Because there is almost always a next chapter—and you still get a say in who you become within it.
