Privacy Policy
What we collect
If you book a session: your name, email address, phone number and time zone, plus anything you write in the note to your coach.
If you are a coach: the above, plus your profile content, your rates and availability, and the payment details you provide to our payment processor.
We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Who sees your details
Booking a session shares your name, email and phone number with that coach only, so they can reach you at the scheduled time. No other coach sees them, and they are never shown publicly. Coach contact details are shared with you only after a session is paid for.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. We store the payment reference, the amount, and the status — enough to support a booking and issue a refund.
We send transactional email only: confirmations, reminders, and account messages such as email verification and password resets. These are not marketing emails and are part of the service.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Some records tied to completed payments have to be retained for accounting purposes. Email info@mymentor.life.
