Terms of Use

What MyMentor.life is

A marketplace that connects independent coaches with clients. Coaches are not employees or agents of MyMentor.life. We provide the platform: profiles, scheduling, payment processing and notifications.

For clients

You are contracting with the coach for the session, not with MyMentor.life. Coaches set their own rates, availability and approach. A session is confirmed only once payment has been received.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. If you need any of those, please consult a licensed professional.

For coaches

A subscription of $24.99 per month or $249 per year keeps your profile published and bookable. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. If a subscription lapses, your profile stops accepting new bookings.

You are responsible for showing up to booked sessions at the agreed time, for the accuracy of your profile, and for your own taxes.

Cancellations and refunds

This policy is being finalised and will be published here, and included in every booking confirmation, before the platform accepts real payments.
