About Alexsia
I’m a certified life and business coach who helps ambitious women make clear, confident decisions about their money, careers, businesses, and next chapter. Many of the women I coach are already capable. They handle their responsibilities, make things happen, and appear confident from the outside. But when a decision feels personal—leaving a job, making a financial move, setting a new goal, or finally going after something they want—they can spend months questioning themselves. Our work helps you understand what is making the decision feel so difficult, separate what you truly want from fear and outside expectations, and decide what comes next without needing everyone else to agree.
Why I coach
I know what it feels like to want more for your life while questioning whether you’re making the right move. My experience as a coach, entrepreneur, and woman who has had to make her own life-changing decisions taught me that being smart and capable doesn’t automatically make those decisions easy. Sometimes you know exactly what to do, but fear, guilt, or self-doubt keeps you from trusting yourself enough to do it. That’s why I coach. I want you to have a place where you can be completely honest, look at what is actually keeping you stuck, and make a decision you can stand behind. You won’t leave with generic advice or a list of things you “should” do. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a practical next step, and a deeper ability to trust yourself after our conversation ends.
