About Alicia Marie Speaks
I’m Alicia Marie Hartwell, a faith-based digital educator, coach, wife, and mom of two. Through Dear Woman Becoming and DWB Social Butterfly Academy, I help women discover their God-given gifts, turn their ideas into digital products, build purpose-driven online businesses, and learn faith-based digital marketing. My mission is to help women build with faith, clarity, and confidence while growing spiritually, personally, and financially. You don’t just build a business here you become the woman God is calling you to be.
Why I coach
I became a coach because I know what it feels like to navigate life feeling alone, trying to figure things out without the guidance, support, or sound advice I needed. Growing up, I often wished I had someone who could pour into me, help me recognize my potential, and guide me through the seasons I didn’t know how to navigate. I remember wishing I had someone like the woman I am becoming today. That desire became part of my purpose. Through my faith journey, I began to understand that God can use our experiences to help us become a source of encouragement for others. I don’t want other women to feel like they have to figure everything out alone or hide the gifts, dreams, and ideas God placed inside them. That’s why I created a space where women can feel supported, grow in their faith, discover their gifts, and learn how to turn their ideas into something meaningful. My heart is to be the mentor I once wished I had, helping women navigate their becoming season with faith, clarity, confidence, and community. Because sometimes, all a woman needs is someone who believes in her, reminds her of who God created her to be, and helps her see that she doesn’t have to do it all alone.
