I am a Life Coach and Registered Nurse with a heart for helping people navigate loss, grief, difficult health seasons, and life’s unexpected changes. Through personal loss, caregiving, divorce, and raising my grandchildren, I’ve learned that healing is not about “moving on,” but learning how to move forward—with compassion, strength, and hope. With both clinical experience and lived wisdom, I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or broken by life’s transitions. My approach is genuine, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that you can acknowledge what you’ve been through without allowing it to determine where you’re going.
I became a life coach because I know what it means to walk through seasons that change you. After experiencing profound loss, major life transitions, and the responsibility of caring for others, I learned that peace doesn’t always come from our circumstances changing—it often comes from how we grow through them. I don’t coach from theory alone. I coach from experience, faith, and the belief that even after life changes, peace is still possible.
