About Ashley

My name is Ashley and I am a 32-year-old U.S. Navy Veteran, psychology graduate, and aspiring graduate student. As the youngest of five siblings in a large military family, I grew up learning the values of resilience, service, and perseverance. Being raised in a Christian household has profoundly shaped my character, guided my decisions, and provided the foundation for how I approach both life and service to others. I proudly served in the United States Navy from 2014 to 2020. During my military career, I began my undergraduate education in Psychology, an area of study that quickly became a passion. Since completing my service, I have earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and remain committed to furthering my education by pursuing graduate studies in the future. I also currently work with youth and adults with Disabilities- which is truly rewarding! My personal and professional experiences have inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others. I am especially passionate about supporting active-duty military members, veterans, and individuals who are struggling with dysfunctional family dynamics. Having witnessed and experienced the challenges that can arise from both military life and complex family relationships, I understand the importance of resilience, self-awareness, and access to meaningful support systems. My goal is to help individuals build a strong foundation for success by fostering emotional well-being, personal growth, and empowerment. Through education, advocacy, and service, I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing adversity and help them recognize their strength, potential, and ability to thrive.

Why I coach

I became a coach to empower military members, veterans, and individuals from challenging family backgrounds to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create fulfilling lives. Through compassion, education, and advocacy, I strive to help others establish a strong foundation for lasting success, healing, and personal growth.
