The most important quality to look for in a person is their love for God.

About Ben

I am a Life Coach, follower of Christ, and passionate encourager who believes that love and relationships are about much more than simply finding the right person. I believe they are also about becoming the right person. My heart is to help people navigate the challenges of love, relationships, heartbreak, dating, and singleness while keeping Christ at the center of their journey. I help individuals discover their value, establish healthy boundaries, learn from past relationships, develop emotional maturity, and prepare themselves for a healthy and purposeful relationship. I also believe that being single is not a punishment or a waiting room—it can be a season of preparation, healing, growth, and a deeper relationship with God. Through life coaching, encouragement, and faith-based guidance, I challenge people to stop settling for unhealthy relationships and start becoming intentional about the life and love they desire. My purpose is to remind people that you don’t have to lose yourself looking for love. You can grow, heal, walk with Christ, and become whole while trusting God with your journey. Love. Purpose. Growth. Faith. These are the principles behind my passion for helping others build healthier relationships and a stronger life in Christ.

Why I coach

My Journey to Becoming a Life Coach Over the years, I began to recognize how deeply love, relationships, and singleness can affect a person’s life. I saw how past experiences, heartbreak, rejection, loneliness, unhealthy relationships, and the desire to be loved can influence the decisions people make and the way they see themselves. As a follower of Christ, I came to understand that true love begins with understanding God’s love for us. I learned that before we can build healthy relationships with others, we must first work on our relationship with God, our character, our emotional health, and our understanding of who we are. I became a Life Coach because I wanted to use what I have learned through my own journey, experiences, faith, and personal growth to encourage others. I wanted to create a safe place where people could have honest conversations about things that are sometimes difficult to talk about—love, dating, relationships, heartbreak, marriage, and singleness. One of the things I especially want people to understand is that singleness is not a season to be ashamed of or simply escape from. It can be a season where we heal, grow, discover our purpose, strengthen our relationship with Christ, and prepare ourselves for whatever God has planned for our future. My goal as a Life Coach is not to tell people who they should date or who they should marry. My goal is to help them become more self-aware, establish healthy boundaries, recognize unhealthy patterns, communicate better, and make decisions that align with their values and faith. I believe that when Christ is at the center, we can learn to love from a place of purpose rather than loneliness, confidence rather than insecurity, and wisdom rather than desperation. I became a Life Coach because I believe that sometimes people don’t need someone to tell them what to do—they need someone willing to listen, encourage them, challenge them, and walk alongside them as they grow.
