I help creatives and solopreneurs navigate significant life transitions and gain clarity about who they are, what matters most, and what comes next. As a certified life coach and interdisciplinary creative, my coaching focuses on reinvention through purpose, personal core values, and mindset—especially for those between chapters who know something needs to change but aren’t sure how to move forward. My approach is shaped by lived experience: rebuilding my business after job loss, committing three years to personal development after divorce before remarrying, and rediscovering my Christian faith through creativity and community after a season of spiritual deconstruction. Through it all, I learned that starting over doesn’t mean starting from zero. I help clients recognize the beliefs, lessons, stories, and strengths worth carrying forward while releasing what no longer belongs in the next chapter. The goal isn’t to become someone else, but to better understand who you are, make intentional decisions, and build a future that reflects who you’re becoming. Why I coach

For years, people have naturally come to me for perspective, advice, or simply someone to listen. Over time, I recognized a pattern: I had a natural ability to listen, connect dots, communicate ideas, and help people see things differently. For a season, I leaned into that through ministry as a young preacher and teacher, but eventually realized some of my most meaningful work happened outside the pulpit, in conversations where I could listen closely, ask better questions, and walk alongside people as they found their own answers. That ultimately led me to personal coaching. Becoming a coach felt less like choosing a profession and more like finding Purpose.
