Dr. Shana D. Goodson is a faith-based Life Coach, educator, spiritual mentor, and transformational leader with over 25 years of ministry and leadership experience. She is passionate about helping individuals discover their God-given purpose, gain clarity, and confidently move forward in their personal, educational, spiritual, and professional lives. As a Certified Life Coach, Education Coach, and Professor, Dr. Shana uniquely blends faith, personal development, and practical coaching strategies to help clients navigate seasons of growth, transition, and change. Why I coach
I became a coach because I believe every person carries purpose and untapped potential. Through my years in ministry, education, and leadership, I have seen gifted and capable individuals feel stuck not because they lack potential, but because they lack clarity. I realized that many of the answers people are searching for are already within them; they simply need guidance, encouragement, and support to uncover them. That's why I became a coach: to help individuals gain clarity, strengthen their faith, recognize their God-given gifts, overcome obstacles, and confidently step into their purpose.
