I'm Dr. Samantha DeLoache, founder of MODEL Speakers Academy. I coach professional women in leadership, corporate roles, and personal brands how to walk into every room with the language, presence, and confidence to actually be heard. My clients come to me with the credentials, the experience, and the vision. What they leave with is the voice to match. Why I coach
For years I watched women around me.. brilliant, credentialed, more than qualified. Those who gets overlooked in rooms they belonged in. Not because they weren't good enough. Because nobody had ever taught them how to say what they meant in a way the room could actually receive. I know how it feels. I've been the youngest woman in the room. I've been the most qualified person nobody was hearing. I've watched other women get picked for stages I should have been on because they knew how to talk about their work in a way that landed. So I built the coaching I wish I'd had. Today I help women stop trying to earn permission and start speaking like the leaders they already are.
