About Finnesa
Hello, my name is Finnesa and I'm a child of God, wife, mother, health care professional and entrepreneur. I’m a faith-centered life coach, friend, mentor, and encourager who believes that meaningful change begins within us—with the help and guidance of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My heart is to walk alongside individuals who are standing in their marriage and desire to become better—not only for their spouse, but first within themselves. I believe that growth takes honesty, patience, prayer, accountability, and a willingness to look inward. When you work with me, you’ll have a listening ear without judgment, a safe space to share what’s on your heart, and someone who will encourage you along the way. I’m here to motivate you when you feel discouraged, remind you of your progress when you can’t see it yourself, and help you recognize the areas where you can continue growing. I don’t prescribe, diagnose, or provide professional counseling or clinical advice. I’m not a licensed therapist or medical professional. I simply come as a friend and mentor who genuinely cares about people, marriage, personal development, and walking in faith. My goal is to encourage you to become more intentional about who you are, how you respond, how you communicate, and how you show up in your marriage and in your everyday life. Most importantly, I believe you don’t have to walk through the process alone. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to listen, encourage, motivate, and walk beside you as you pursue healing, growth, stronger relationships, and a closer relationship with Christ. **Your growth is a journey—not a destination. Let’s take the next step together, with faith leading the way.**
Why I coach
I decided to become a life coach because, during the beginning of my stand, I had no one to talk to about what I was going through. I felt like no one would truly understand my situation without judging me. My family loved me and wanted the best for me, but because they were emotionally invested, they couldn’t always give me the unbiased guidance and perspective I needed concerning my marriage. I felt alone with my feelings and longed for a friend who could understand what I was experiencing—someone who would simply be an ear when I needed to talk, encourage me when I felt discouraged, and motivate me to keep going along the way. Because I didn’t have that person, I learned to truly seek God’s face for my healing, strength, and peace. Through that experience, I discovered the importance of having both a strong relationship with God and someone who can walk alongside you during difficult seasons. That is why I want to be the friend and coach that I didn’t have for someone else. I want to provide a safe space where you can be heard, encouraged, motivated, and reminded that you are not alone as you work toward becoming a better version of yourself.
