About Franjessca
Franjessca Weaver was brought up in a Christian home in Waco, Texas. Fran is an educator, life coach, author, and nonprofit founder. She holds a B.A. in Music from The University of Texas at Arlington and an M.A. in Educational Administration from Prairie View A&M University. She leads a ministry that mentors female youth and provides direct support to the homeless. She is deeply passionate about serving people, sharing the love of Christ, and living life to the fullest.
Why I coach
My passion is to encourage and help God's people. There was a time in my life when I was misguided and made mistakes in life and in dating situations. I started to evaluate my life's choices and self-reflect on my life, thoughts, and behavior. After I worked on myself, my life changed. I had to gain new knowledge. Getting new knowledge and applying it to my life was key for my healing and growth. I want to encourage you to be committed to bettering yourself and loving yourself. Know that you are divinely, beautifully and wonderfully made by God. He has an amazing plan for your life!
