I am currently retired and living a blessed life in Arizona. I have a degree in Business Administration from LMU in California. I successfully mediated small-claims court cases as a court mediator, helping parties avoid lengthy, costly litigation. I have a life and health insurance license in California and Arizona. My interest is in senior care and LTC. I completed the Life Coach Certification Course at the Tony Gaskins Academy in 2025. I love to do eight things daily to stay physically healthy, spiritually sound, and mentally engaged. I have traveled to Spain, London, Ireland, Scotland, and many islands on vacations with my family. I would love to travel to the African continent someday! Due to my employment with Fortune 100 companies as a budget and financial analyst and technical RFP writer, I have a keen awareness of how to prioritize and set strategic goals while capitalizing on my natural gifts.
Why I coach
I always considered myself an outlier, thinking outside the box was essential. My Mom was quite goal-driven, and I thank her for the wonderful example she set. Having goals and aligning oneself strategically to capture opportunities in life are paramount. As I followed my path, I realized pretty early that I was on a perpetual time continuum, that opportunities come and go, and can be fleeting. However, I believe that there are openings/glitches I call gaps when time and life, which I refer to as the ever-moving pendulum, coincide, causing a halt; in other words, an opportunity, a small window to do something to change your life trajectory.
