About KHARISTY
I’m a 10-year certified life coach passionate about helping people gain confidence, overcome life’s challenges, and create meaningful, fulfilling lives. I help others gain clarity, build confidence, discover dating with purpose, and take intentional steps toward the life they truly desire. Through encouragement, accountability, and practical coaching, I create a supportive space where you can grow, heal, and transform. My mission is to remind you that your past does not define you and that it’s never too late to become the best version of yourself.
Why I coach
I became a life coach because helping people navigate life’s challenges has always been a natural part of who I am. For as long as I can remember, I have been a trusted source for my friends and family, someone they could confide in, talk to without judgment, and turn to when they needed encouragement or a different perspective. I genuinely love helping people work through difficult seasons and get to the other side of their struggles. Becoming a certified life coach allowed me to turn that passion into my purpose. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, overcome obstacles, and create a life they are proud of, and I am honored to help others discover that within themselves.
