About Marcus

You may be the person everyone relies on and still need someone to listen to you. You may know how to keep going without knowing where you want to go. There is room here to talk about both. I’m Marcus Wright, a husband, father, and entrepreneur based in Texas. My Christian faith grounds my life, and I welcome people across cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs. My perspective comes from lived experience and the ongoing work of growing as a person, a partner, and a parent. My approach to mentorship is warm, direct, and thoughtful. I want to understand what you’re carrying, what matters to you, and where you feel stuck. Together, we can explore the expectations you live under, the choices you keep returning to, and the changes you want to make. You don’t have to make your story sound better, smaller, or easier to explain. Whether you’re facing a difficult decision, navigating relationships, or trying to reconnect with yourself, we can begin with what’s real for you. Your past deserves a voice. Your future deserves a choice.

Why I coach

The moments that truly shape our lives often happen in private. In the conversations we avoid, the doubts we keep to ourselves, and the decisions we keep putting off. I became a coach to give those moments the attention they deserve. As a husband and father, I’m constantly reminded that truly caring for someone means taking the time to understand them. My faith calls me to serve, and my own journey continues to teach me how much humility and honesty that requires. I provide a grounded, confidential space where you can speak freely, especially about the things you’ve rehearsed in your head but haven’t said out loud. In our conversations, we will: - Unpack difficult choices and find clear, actionable paths forward. - Challenge old narratives and limiting beliefs you’ve carried for years. - Build alignment between what you value and how you actually live and lead. To me, this work matters most long after the call ends. In what you finally choose to say, the changes you commit to, and how you show up for yourself and the people you love.
