About Rose C.

I'm Rose Cherrelle, a faith-led life coach, public health professional, and lifelong advocate for personal growth, wellness, and purposeful living. I believe there are no coincidences. The people God places in our lives and the seasons we experience can carry purpose. If God sends you my way, I believe there is a reason. My journey has shaped the woman and coach I am today. I've experienced heartbreak, uncertainty, unhealthy patterns, losing sight of myself, rebuilding my confidence, beginning again, and learning to trust God through the process. My testimony has taught me that healing doesn't happen overnight, starting over isn't failure, and becoming whole requires intentional growth. Professionally, I bring more than a decade of experience across behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, public health, emergency medicine, correctional settings, and community-based services. I hold a Master of Public Health in Global Health and Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I'm a certified life coach and QMHP-T. I believe in coaching the whole person—mindset, wellness, relationships, purpose, environment, and the experiences that shape us.

Why I coach

I became a life coach because I know the power of having someone believe in you while you're still learning to believe in yourself. My own journey has shown me that sometimes we don't need someone to fix us—we need someone willing to walk beside us while we discover what healing, growth, and purpose look like for ourselves. I've experienced what it means to lose sight of who I was, begin again, and intentionally choose the person I wanted to become. Those experiences changed the way I see people. I learned not to define someone by where they are in a particular season of life, because a difficult chapter doesn't mean the story is over. I don't believe a life coach should have all the answers or tell you how to live your life. I believe coaching creates a space where you can be honest, feel seen, ask the hard questions, challenge the beliefs holding you back, recognize your possibilities, and take intentional action. I became a coach because I want people to know they are not stuck, they are not defined by their past, and it is never too late to begin again. Sometimes you don't need the whole path—you just need enough faith to take the next step. If God sent you here in this season, maybe there is a reason. 💛🌹
