Heyyy! I’m Teena Marie — a life and career coach, recruiter, wife, mom, and lifelong student of people. With a B.S. in Psychology and more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate careers, decisions, confidence, communication, and major life transitions, I bring both professional insight and real-life perspective to every conversation. My coaching style is warm, direct, compassionate, and practical. I’m not here to judge you or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to listen, ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly, challenge you when you need it, and help you turn what feels overwhelming into something you can actually move through. Whether you’re navigating a career change, rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries, feeling stuck, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, you don’t have to have all the answers before we talk. Sometimes you just need a safe place to unpack the pieces.
Why I coach
I became a coach because people have always trusted me with the parts of life they’re still trying to figure out. I’ve spent years listening beneath what people say, asking deeper questions, helping them recognize their own patterns, and reminding them of strengths they sometimes forget they have. My Psychology background helped me understand people, and my career in recruiting taught me how to listen carefully, recognize potential, communicate honestly, and help people navigate uncertainty. But life taught me something equally important: sometimes people don’t need someone to fix them. They need a thoughtful, compassionate person in their corner while they find their own way forward. Coaching gives me the opportunity to be that person. I became a coach because I genuinely love helping people find clarity, reconnect with themselves, make courageous decisions, and move toward a life that feels more like their own.
