About Tiffanie
I know what it feels like to be stuck in life—feeling behind, repeating the same patterns, and knowing deep down that you were created for more. I’ve struggled with boundaries, healthy relationships, forgiveness, confidence, and finding direction. I’ve also had to face the uncomfortable truth that there were things I didn’t know I didn’t know… until I knew. Through accountability, faith, self-reflection, and a genuine willingness to change, I began rebuilding my life—one decision at a time. My journey has included homelessness, lack of familial support, coparenting struggles, and working in the adult industry. I’ve had seasons where I had to truly get it out the mud. But those experiences didn’t get the final say in my story. From the young woman trying to figure out who she is and what she wants out of life, to the woman who has lived through a few seasons and knows she’s ready for something different—I help women navigate the messy middle. Whether you’re learning how to set boundaries, heal from old patterns, navigate relationships and coparenting, build confidence, or simply figure out what’s next, I’m here to help you go from “grown girl” to “grown woman.” For the fathers who want to do more than just share parenting time—I help you become a more intentional, effective co-parent while navigating communication, boundaries, conflict, and the realities of raising children with someone you may not always agree with. Because being a good father and being a healthy co-parent are two different skills—and both matter.
Why I coach
Today, I’m passionate about helping women recognize the patterns that are keeping them stuck, establish healthier boundaries, build better relationships, regain their confidence, and move forward with intention. I know firsthand: you can come from a place you never thought you’d escape and become a woman you never thought you could be. If you met me today, you probably wouldn’t guess that was my yesterday—and that’s the point. Because becoming her isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about being willing to grow, make different choices, and become the woman you were created to be.
